I have had my alarm a long time. I very much appreciate the ease to use your system and your outstanding customer support. My only suggestion would be to allow the cables to be plugged in the back of the unit rather than the bottom. Since my unit is mounted inside the home on the wall, the power cable hangs down and is unsightly. Maybe this could be remedied with small adapters to allow the cables to be back mounted.
